GEM Companies, Inc. is a Minority-Owned, Disadvantaged, 8(a) certified full
service provider headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado. GEM has the Small Business
Administration’s (SBA) approval to provide a wide range of IT facilities management
and administrative support services to facilitate accomplishment of the client mission.
GEM provides innovative solutions in network security, voice and data cabling (including
fiber optics installation), telecommunications services, and physical security solutions
(both active and passive). GEM also provides hardware and software systems integration
and testing. For the past eighteen months, GEM has provided all facets of contract
remediation and contract administration support to the General Services Administration

InfoZen, Inc.
InfoZen, Inc., an SBA-certified Small Minority Disadvantaged Business under Section

an end-to-end information technology (IT) solutions provider, supporting both government
and commercial sectors since 1995. InfoZen is CMMI 2 certified. Their portfolio of
expertise includes: Transformational & Strategic Services (TSS); Risk Management and
Security Solutions; and e-Business and Infrastructure Solutions. InfoZen was instrumental
in deploying the original www.firstgov.gov, the
U.S. government’s official portal. InfoZen has been involved in all the facets of the
buildout of FirstGov.gov, beginning with its initial architecture and design in July
2000. InfoZen was tasked with projecting the needs, scale and user traffic for site
concept and writing requirements for the project within one week. InfoZen was selected by GSA as the site architect based on their extensive experience in portal development and search engines. InfoZen provides system architecture, design, installation, programming and testing services for ongoing support and enhancements to the FirstGov.gov web portal. Knowledge Consulting Group (KCG) is a certified Small Business with core competency in Information Security support and Enterprise Infrastructure design and operations. KCG is currently a subcontractor to ManTech on the JCON BPA for two task orders, and also on two task orders in support of the FTTTF.
