Jeff Brown is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for ManTech.

As the company’s principal legal adviser, Mr. Brown oversees all legal affairs of ManTech and its operating subsidiaries. His practice is focused on advising senior management and the board of directors on contractual risk management, employment law, intellectual property, corporate governance, and litigation. Mr. Brown also serves as a secretary of each operating subsidiary.

Mr. Brown earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School and a Bachelor of Science in applied economics from Cornell University.
