Kathleen Creighton joined the ManTech Board of Directors in January 2023.

Ms. Creighton retired from the U.S. Navy in 2021 following a 33-year career, including six years of service as a Rear Admiral. She was one of a handful of Information Warfare (IW) Community Flag Officers specializing in cybersecurity, information technology (IT) solutions, network operations and C4ISR capabilities and she also led large organizations with global footprints. These leadership roles included Director, Command, Control, Communications and Computers at U.S. Indo Pacific Command, where she directed cyberspace operations and enabled assured communications for 375,000 U.S. forces in theater.

Ms. Creighton also served as the Navy’s Director of Cybersecurity, where she designed Navy-wide cybersecurity, IT and cloud strategy policy and governance for 607,000 Navy personnel, and as the Director, IW Integration, where she developed Navy IW strategic priorities, resources and requirements management and delivered C4ISR, electronic warfare and IW capabilities in a $9 Billion portfolio.

Ms. Creighton holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
