Michael Ruppert is ManTech’s Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

He is a dedicated and strategic leader with 25+ years of financial, treasury, and corporate development experience in private and public companies.

Mr. Ruppert leads the company’s financial, treasury, and corporate development functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting functions, treasury, cash management, and acquisition strategy.

Before joining ManTech, he served as EVP, CFO, and Treasurer for aerospace defense contractor Mercury Systems Inc. (5+ years). Previously, Mr. Ruppert co-founded an M&A advisory firm focused on aerospace and defense (4+ years). Before that, he specialized in aerospace and defense M&A for UBS Securities, Lehman Brothers, and Lazard Freres (15+ years collectively).

Mr. Ruppert holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
