IDIQ Contract Providing Range Sustainability Services for Military Training and Testing Range Complexes and Assets at Various Locations Worldwide (TAP West)

 

TAP West includes preparation of Navy and Marine Corps range sustainability projects including Environmental and Operational Military Range Planning Documents and military readiness activities in the Pacific, the western United States, and at-sea military training and testing ranges and installations around the world.

  • TAP West is a 7 year, $100M, single award, FFP, deliverables based, IDIQ Contract, providing Range Sustainability Services for Military Training and Testing Range Complexes and Assets at Various Locations Worldwide.
  • The general scope of this contract covers the conduct and delivery of planning and engineering services and products, including but not limited to the preparation of range complex management plans and other range planning documents; environmental planning documentation (such as Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments), related studies (such as Coastal Consistency Determinations in compliance with the Coastal Zone Management Act), and compliance products (such as Marine Mammal Protection Act/Endangered Species Act analysis and permitting documents), miscellaneous planning and environmental studies; cost estimates; and geographical mapping and analyses.
  • Assignments may include projects for Governmental agencies other than the U.S. Navy including the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, and Office of Secretary of Defense.
