Analyzing scope, time and cost tool a huge leap forward when the ETT legacy tool was buried in 2021. Building data-driven projections were enhanced by fielding the Program & Budget Enterprise System (PBES)’s Oracle OBIEE tools, enabling the Air Force to quickly and more accurately understand the full effects of any acquisition or divestiture decisions.
