Dr. Graham Katz joined ManTech in August 2024 in the role of Distinguished Engineer in Data Science. 

In this role, Dr. Katz applies his deep expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning and Data Science to lead teams to deliver Data and AI technical solutions to Government clients, addressing critical mission needs. 

Dr. Katz has more than 30 years of experience in AI and natural language processing, from research and development to software delivery. He was most recently Technical Delivery Lead for Data and AI in IBM Technology Expert Labs Federal Practice, where he oversaw projects on entity resolution, automatic question answering, speech recognition and digital engineering. Before joining IBM, Dr. Katz headed the computational linguistics program at Georgetown University.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics (Cognitive Science) from the University of Rochester and a B.S. in Symbolic Systems (Artificial Intelligence) from Stanford University.
